"I have been a client of Xander’s for almost over two years, and it has been a rewarding experience. The first year was dedicated to powerlifting. His programming of blocks, both off- and on-season, was incredibly methodical and deliberate. His accommodation of past injuries was flawless; not only did I get over them, but I hit PBs I never dreamed of achieving by myself.


Over the last year, as lockdown hit and competitive powerlifting was no longer an option, I decided to hit bodybuilding instead. He carefully crafted home workout programmes based on the equipment I had, along with precise nutrition goals. He regularly monitored my bodyweight, physique, and rep work during training, in order to make suitable changes to programmes and nutrition to ensure our targets were always hit. With his support and commitment, I dropped almost 20kg of fat in just nine months, and I am now in the best shape of my life!


Xander is no doubt one of the best coaches out there. His commitment and dedication to clients is unparalleled, and I look forward to sharing my fitness journey with him for the foreseeable future."
