Come Say 'Hi!'
XANDER CONNABEER
Hi there, I’m Xander!
I’m the Head of Coaching here at JLX Coaching.
In a past life before coaching, I played and competed in elite sport. I was fortunate enough to work with some amazing people along the way, from world-class strength and conditioning coaches to physios and sports therapists who had outstanding professional knowledge and a genuine love for helping others, and this rubbed off on me.
Having been a successful 1-1 Personal Trainer & Strength & Conditioning Coach for 3 years, I decided to concentrate my attention on the world of Online Coaching and changing people’s physiques and lives for the better from all over the world.
Outside of training and nutrition, my passions lie in areas such as sleep, building better and more effective habits and developing a sustainable lifestyle.
