"Xander was my coach for six months and was excellent. He provided me with a custom nutrition and training plan every six weeks, with adjustments made each time based upon evolving goals and progress made thus far. Even after lifting for a year, I went from deadlifting 175lbs for a top single to be able to do 5 sets of 5 repetitions at 210lbs 4 months into our program. Having his feedback from my lift videos and my progress pictures was invaluable.


In addition to seeing growth and strength gains even when I was well past the 'newbie' gains phase, my own understanding of what works for my body and what I was capable of growing.
